As Sherman-Dixie’s Chief Financial Officer, Michael’s unique blend of project and personnel management, as well as his expertise in equity building and asset acquisitions, has enabled Sherman-Dixie to expand and improve its services company wide. From managing numerous multi-million dollar plant expansions and renovation projects to overseeing the acquisition of three state of the art facilities, Michael has helped lead Sherman Dixie to the forefront of both the concrete pipe and precast markets.
Prior to serving as CFO of Sherman-Dixie, Michael served as a Partner in Charge of Audit and Assurance Services at Lattimore, Black, Morgan & Cain, PC, a certified public accounting firm in Brentwood, Tennessee.
