Cost Analysis Pipe Envelope is a software tool demonstration which contractors and designers may use to determine the real cost of pipeline installation. The program takes into account the many factors which affect the cost of installation for both rigid and flexible pipe: type of installation, on-site material, haul costs, inspection costs, and trench parameters.
